1Development & Consulting Services

All engagements require a clear statement of work and an agreed-upon timeline before development begins.
A deposit may be required to secure scheduling and commence architectural planning.
Revisions and scope changes during development may incur additional costs and timeline extensions.

2Intellectual Property & Source Code

Upon full payment, the intellectual property rights and source code of the custom developed software are transferred to the client, unless agreed otherwise.

Custom Code

100% owned by you after final payment.

Reusable Modules

We retain rights to generic, non-business-specific boilerplate code.

3Liability & Warranty

Post-Launch Support

Custom projects typically include a 30-day bug-fix warranty period after deployment to ensure stability in production environments.
